Ege Göktuna, Ph.D.

Dr.Ege Göktuna started his academic career as a research assistant at Galatasaray University in 1997. During his PhD studies, he received scholarships while conducting his research at University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and University of Bologna-Department of Legal Studies.

As of September 2013, he joined Özyeğin University - Faculty of Law as assistant professor Ph. D. in Tax Law, where he teaches tax law, Turkish tax system, taxpayers’ rights, International and European taxation in LLB and LLM programmes. Dr. Göktuna is also the author of the book “Vergi Hukukunda Birleşme Bölünme Hisse Değişimi İşlemleri – Merger, Division, Exchange of Shares Transactions in Tax Law” (İstanbul 2012). His areas of expertise are tax law, company taxation and international tax law.
