Bezen & Partners successfully advised Pronet Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş. on the refinancing of its senior facilities agreement in the amount of USD 133 million with an additional multimillion-dollar incremental facility.
This transaction aimed to refinance Pronet’s existing financial obligations, supporting the company’s operational and strategic growth while enhancing liquidity and flexibility for the expansion of its customer base in Türkiye.
