B&P Advised EBRD on the funding of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s Göztepe-Ataşehir-Ümraniye metro line construction

We have advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the EUR 75 million loan for the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for the Göztepe-Ataşehir-Ümraniye metro line construction.

The B&P team was led by partner Banu Bölükemini and included associate Elvin Erbilgin. B&P congratulates all parties involved for having brought the transaction to a successful signing.
