Bezen & Partners successfully advised Eren Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. on a USD 100 million sustainability-linked loan facility provided by a Turkish bank to finance the company’s container handling and port expansion investments in Zonguldak.
The financing will contribute to strategic development of the Eren Port's infrastructure and enhance operational capacity.
