Bengü Coşkun

Bengü Coşkun held senior leadership positions in private practice and served as in-house legal counsel in the project finance departments of leading Turkish banks, giving her a distinctive understanding of transactions from both lender and sponsor perspectives, complemented by first-hand knowledge of banks' internal credit, approval and decision-making processes.

She advises domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, borrowers and investors on a broad range of financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, ECA financing, Islamic finance.

She has expertise in government-backed infrastructure projects and high-value cross-border financings and is recognised for advising on strategically significant investments that shape Turkiye's infrastructure, energy and industrial landscape. She advises multinational investors, public authorities, state-owned entities, financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border transactions involving strategic foreign direct investment and other nationally significant developments.
