Yeşim Bezen is a qualified solicitor (England & Wales). She was employed by a 'magic circle' law firm in London from 2001 to 2007.
During her time in the asset, structured and project finance department of such ‘magic circle’ law firm, she advised clients (mainly financiers) on banking, aviation, shipping, structured finance and project finance transactions.
She is the author of several articles on finance, energy and infrastructure. She acts on finance, energy and infrastructure transactions.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a panel member of the Business Arbitration Scheme (BAS) of the CIArb.
She acts as counsel or arbitrator on finance, energy and infrastructure disputes.
