Bezen & Partners successfully advised ENLOG Dağıtım Lojistik ve Depolama A.Ş. on the full demerger of Murat Lojistik Ekspres Taşımacılık Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Şti.
The transaction resulted in the strategic allocation of assets and business operations of the de-merging entity to newly formed entities, enabling ENLOG to independently operate its logistics business.
